The restaurants of Pals participating in the Gastronomic Promotion "Pals and Rice Cuisine" offer an exquisite menu based on a casserole of Pals rice as the main dish. The menu will also include starters and desserts in the style of each restaurant, water, bread, wines from the Castell de Peralada winery and cafes. And other activities.
